The Journal of Law, Psychology, and Communication Studies (JLPCS) operates under an Open Access publishing model to ensure that scholarly research is freely available to the global academic community.

To support the peer review process, editorial production, and digital dissemination, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to accepted manuscripts.

APC Information

• Amount: 2000 RMB (approximately 275 USD) per accepted article.

• When Charged: No fees are charged during submission or peer review. The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

• Purpose: The APC covers costs related to editorial processing, peer review management, digital publishing, and website maintenance.

• Waivers: Authors facing financial hardship may apply for a full or partial waiver at the time of submission. Waiver applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Invoices: Upon acceptance, the editorial office will issue an invoice and provide detailed payment instructions. An official receipt will be available upon request after payment is completed.

Open Access License

All published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND) license, allowing free access with proper attribution while prohibiting commercial use and modifications.
