Ethics & Copyright
Global Review of Humanities, Arts, and Society (GRHAS) is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. All editorial and review processes follow the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
1. Author Responsibilities
By submitting to GRHAS, authors agree to uphold the following principles:

Originality: The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

Citation and Attribution: All references, quotations, and data must be properly cited.

Authorship Criteria: Only individuals who made significant contributions should be listed as authors. Ghostwriting and honorary authorship are strictly prohibited.

Data Accuracy: Data must be authentic and properly analyzed. Fabrication, falsification, or redundant publication is unacceptable.

Use of AI Tools: Any use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Grammarly) in writing, image generation, or visualization must be clearly disclosed in a footnote or appendix. AI tools must not be listed as authors.

Conflict of Interest: Any actual or potential conflicts (financial, institutional, or personal) must be disclosed in the manuscript.

Ethics Approval: Research involving human participants or sensitive data must be approved by an appropriate ethics committee, and documentation may be requested.
2. Editorial and Reviewer Responsibilities
All editors and reviewers are expected to adhere to the following ethical standards:

Double-Blind Review: All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.

Impartiality: Reviewers evaluate manuscripts solely based on academic merit, without bias related to the author’s identity or affiliation.

Confidentiality: All materials must be treated as confidential and not shared without permission.

Reporting Misconduct: Reviewers are encouraged to report any suspected plagiarism, fabrication, or ethical concerns to the editorial team.

Conflict of Interest: Editors and reviewers with a conflict of interest must recuse themselves from handling the manuscript.
3. Retraction and Corrections
GRHAS takes misconduct seriously and will take appropriate action:

Retraction: Articles will be retracted in cases of confirmed plagiarism, data fabrication, or severe ethical violations.

Corrections: Errata or corrigenda will be issued for factual or technical errors discovered after publication.

Author Sanctions: Severe violations may result in a submission ban of 2–5 years.
4. Copyright and Licensing

Copyright Retention: Authors retain the copyright to their published work.

License to Publish: Authors grant GRHAS the exclusive right to publish and disseminate the work as the original version of record.

Open Access License: All content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license:

Articles may be freely read, downloaded, and shared for non-commercial purposes;

No adaptations, translations, or commercial reuse are permitted;

Proper attribution to the original author and GRHAS must be included in all reuse.

Commercial Permissions: For any commercial reuse (e.g., print reproduction, textbook use, translated editions), written permission must be obtained from the editorial office.

Self-Archiving Policy: Authors may deposit the final published version (VoR) in institutional repositories, personal websites, or non-commercial open platforms, with full citation and DOI.
