Submission Process
Thank you for your interest in submitting to the Global Review of Humanities, Arts, and Society (GRHAS). To ensure a smooth peer review and publication process, please follow the steps and requirements below carefully.
1. Before You Submit: Checklist
Before submitting, please ensure the following:

Section Alignment: Select the most appropriate section (e.g., Original Articles, Theoretical Explorations, Case Studies). See Sections Overview.

Formatting: Your manuscript must comply with the latest Author Guidelines, including layout, fonts, headings, and citation style.

Language Quality: Ensure grammatical and academic clarity. If AI tools were used (e.g., for writing assistance or visualization), declare them in a footnote or appendix.

Ethical Statement:

The submission is original and not under review elsewhere;
-
All sources are properly cited;
-
No plagiarism, duplicate submission, or data manipulation;

Any funding or conflict of interest is disclosed clearly.

2. Online Submission via OJS
Please submit through our system: submissions
The submission workflow consists of five steps:
2.1 Register / Log in
New users must register. Existing users may log in directly;
We recommend adding an ORCID iD to your profile.
2.2 Select Section & Declarations
Choose the appropriate article section;
Confirm all submission declarations (originality, formatting, ethics, etc.).
2.3 Upload Files
Upload your main manuscript (.docx);
Additional files (figures, tables, supplementary data, permissions) should be uploaded as separate files.
2.4 Enter Metadata
Provide article title, abstract, and 3–5 keywords;
Add full author information (names, affiliations, emails, ORCID if available);
Include funding details or acknowledgments (optional).
2.5 Confirm and Submit
After submission, a manuscript ID will be generated;
The corresponding author will receive a confirmation email;
All future correspondence will be managed via the OJS dashboard.
3. Peer Review Procedure
GRHAS follows a double-blind peer review process:

Initial Screening (1–3 working days): Editors check format and section alignment;

Reviewer Assignment (3–5 days): Two expert reviewers are invited;

Review Stage (3–5 weeks): Reviewers provide reports and recommendations;

Editorial Decision (within 1 week): Based on peer feedback, the editor decides: Accept / Minor Revisions / Major Revisions / Reject;

Revisions Submission: Authors submit revised manuscripts with a response letter within 2–3 weeks;

Optional Re-review: Revised manuscripts may be re-evaluated by reviewers.
Accepted manuscripts proceed to the production stage.
4. Post-Acceptance and Publication

Acceptance Notification: A formal email and APC invoice will be sent;

Article Processing Charges (APC): Payment must be completed as per our APC Policy;

Copyediting and Proofing: The editorial team formats the manuscript; authors approve final proofs;

DOI Assignment and Online Publication: Each article is assigned a DOI and published in full open access;
-
Permanent Accessibility: All articles are freely available online with long-term preservation.
5. Additional Notes
