1. Peer Review Policy
All submissions to PEMR undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is reviewed anonymously by at least two qualified experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are expected to evaluate the originality, academic rigor, clarity, relevance, and contribution of the submission to political science, economics, and management. Editorial decisions are made based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the judgment of the editorial board.

2. Editorial Independence
The editorial team of PEMR operates independently of any institutional, financial, or political influence. All editorial decisions are made based solely on the academic merit and relevance of the submission.

3. Authorship and Responsibility
All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the research and writing of the manuscript. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all listed authors have approved the final version. Ghost authorship, honorary authorship, or undisclosed contributors are not permitted.

4. Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest—financial or otherwise—that could be perceived to influence the research. Reviewers and editors are also expected to recuse themselves in cases of conflict.

5. Research Ethics and Integrity
All submissions must adhere to the highest standards of research integrity. Authors must certify that their work does not involve fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or unethical research practices. Manuscripts based on studies involving human subjects must confirm that appropriate informed consent and ethical approval were obtained.

6. Use of Generative AI Tools
Authors must transparently disclose any use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in the writing or preparation of the manuscript. Such use must be explicitly noted in the Methods or Acknowledgements section. AI tools must not be listed as co-authors, nor used to generate original research results.

7. Copyright and Licensing
Upon acceptance, authors are required to transfer copyright to PEMR. Articles will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC BY-NC-ND) license unless otherwise agreed.

8. Appeals and Complaints
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a written explanation. Appeals will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or a delegated senior editor. Complaints regarding ethical issues will be handled according to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

9. Corrections and Retractions
PEMR is committed to maintaining the integrity of the academic record. Errors identified post-publication will be corrected via corrigenda or errata. In cases of serious ethical breaches, the article may be retracted following COPE procedures.

10. Plagiarism Detection
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected or retracted as appropriate.
