PoliEcoM Administration Review (PEMR) is committed to supporting libraries in providing open and equitable access to scholarly research in political science, economics, and management.

We encourage academic and institutional libraries to include PEMR in their electronic journal collections and digital repositories.

Open Access Policy

PEMR is a fully open access journal.
All content is freely available to users without subscription or paywall barriers, in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.

Libraries are welcome to:

• Catalog and archive PEMR content

• Include metadata and links to PEMR articles in their library databases

• Share PEMR articles with students, faculty, and researchers for educational and non-commercial purposes

Institutional Repository Archiving

Libraries and institutions are authorized to store PEMR articles in their institutional repositories.
Proper citation and attribution must be maintained, and no alterations to the content are permitted under the licensing terms.

Discovery and Indexing

PEMR is committed to being indexed and discoverable through major academic databases, directories, and indexing services.
We continuously work to improve the accessibility and visibility of our content across global scholarly platforms.

Collaboration and Support

We are open to collaborations with libraries for:

• Digital preservation initiatives

• Open access advocacy

• Knowledge sharing and training programs
