Review Process
1. Initial Editorial Screening
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to assess basic suitability, originality, academic relevance, and compliance with submission guidelines. Manuscripts failing to meet these basic criteria may be rejected without external review.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts deemed suitable for review are subjected to a double-blind peer review process, in which both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous.
Each manuscript is reviewed independently by at least two qualified scholars with expertise in the relevant subject area.
3. Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers assess submissions based on:
-
Originality and significance of the research
-
Theoretical and/or practical contribution
-
Methodological rigor
-
Clarity and coherence of argumentation
-
Relevance to the scope of political science, economics, and management
-
Adherence to academic standards of integrity and ethics
4. Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers’ reports, the editorial team will make one of the following decisions:
-
Accept (with or without minor revisions)
-
Revise and Resubmit (major revisions required)
-
Reject (not suitable for publication)
Authors receiving revision requests are expected to resubmit their revised manuscript along with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments within the specified deadline.
5. Appeals
Authors who wish to appeal a decision must submit a detailed, written justification. Appeals will be considered by the Editor-in-Chief or a designated senior editor, and decisions on appeals are final.
6. Confidentiality
All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality regarding manuscripts and review content.
7. Use of AI in Peer Review
Reviewers must not upload manuscripts or any manuscript materials into AI tools or external platforms that might compromise confidentiality. Use of generative AI tools to assist in drafting review comments must be transparently disclosed to the editorial office.
