Thank you for considering PoliEcoM Administration Review (PEMR) as the venue for your scholarly work.
We welcome high-quality, original submissions that explore the intersections of political science, economics, and management.

Before submitting your manuscript, please carefully review the following guidelines:

Submission Requirements

  • Originality: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Language: Submissions must be written in clear, concise English. Authors for whom English is not a first language are encouraged to seek professional language editing services.

  • Formatting: *Manuscripts must follow PEMR's style guidelines (12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins). **Word count should not exceed 8,000 words, including abstract, references, and notes (excluding tables and figures). ***All manuscripts should be prepared following the Chicago Manual of Style (Author-Date format).

  • Evidence for Practice: Authors must provide three to five takeaway points summarizing practical implications of their research findings.

  • Blind Review: Authors must remove any identifying information from the manuscript to ensure anonymity in the double-blind peer review process.

How to Submit

  • Submissions must be made through PEMR's online portal.

  • New users must first register as authors to initiate a submission.

  • All necessary documents, including the main manuscript, tables, figures, and any supplementary material, should be uploaded via the system.

Publication Fees

  • An Article Processing Charge (APC) of CNY 2,000 (approximately USD 278) applies upon acceptance.

  • Fee waivers or reductions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low- or middle-income countries.

Fast-Track and Early View

PEMR offers Early View publication for accepted articles.
Accepted manuscripts are published online with a DOI prior to their inclusion in a specific journal issue, enabling faster visibility and citation.

Promoting Your Work

Upon publication, authors are encouraged to promote their articles through academic networks, professional platforms, and social media.
PEMR provides support for digital promotion to maximize readership and impact.
