PoliEcoM Administration Review (PEMR) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted articles to cover the costs associated with editorial processing, peer review management, typesetting, online hosting, and archiving.

• APC Amount:
  CNY 2,000 (approximately USD 278) per accepted manuscript.

• Payment Timing:
  The APC is payable upon acceptance of the manuscript, prior to publication.

• Inclusions:
  The APC covers the full costs of peer review coordination, editorial services, production, online hosting, and long-term archiving. No additional fees are charged for color figures, supplementary materials, or article access.

• Waivers and Discounts:
  Fee waivers or reductions may be granted at the discretion of the editorial board, particularly for authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries, early-career researchers, or under special circumstances.

• Refund Policy:
  APCs are non-refundable once the article has entered production unless the publication is cancelled due to editorial decisions beyond the author's control.
